Entrance Testing
Students applying for enrollment at Crosspointe Christian Academy must complete an entrance exam which tests the student's general abilities in math, language arts, and reading.

Fill Out an Application

Supply Academic Records
Applicants enrolling in first through ninth grade must provide the previous school year’s report card upon completing the application.
Applicants enrolling in tenth through twelfth grade must provide transcripts from the student’s previous educational institution.
Applicants must provide a copy of their birth certificate and current immunization records.
Applicants must have the recommendation forms received at the time of the interview completed upon application.
